My friends at PointForward have developed a Business Health Assessment tool to "quickly corral the intelligence of your workforce, and to pinpoint what is working and what needs fixing across four areas critical to any company’s success." They've created a custom survey that can be sent to employees, and a system for collecting real-time results. These results can be analyzed to more effectively plan for and measure success in a number of areas.
